Prepare all of your ingredients. Slice up the mushrooms, onions, garlic thinly and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees C. Prepare the salmon by cracking some fresh black pepper and salt evenly on both side. Add oil all over the fish. Once the oven is ready, bake it for 10-12 minutes*
Prepare a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, salt it generously and add in the spagetti or pasta of your choice. Cook according to package instructions. Stirring it occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Prepare a frying pan, heat up some oil. Sauté the onion until it turn translucent. Then add in garlic, then mushrooms. Sautéed the mushrooms until they are soft. Season with some salt and pepper.Add in chicken stock and mix well. Follow up cooking cream. Lower the heat to a simmer.
Once the pasta is done, transport them over to the frying pan. Mix the pasta in together with the cream sauce. Add in the salmon and break it up into bite size chucks. Keep the fire low**. Pour in a little by little if only it gets too dry***.
Once done, off the fire, remove the pan from the stove to prevent from over cooking which can result in soggy pasta.
Serve immediately
